Amazon is hosting an event today (follow our live blog!) where they're introducing a brand new lineup of Kindles. They just announced an updated version of their 7-inch tablet, the Kindle Fire.
The new version will have a faster processor, double the RAM, is 40% faster and sports longer battery life. The best part? It's price is down to $159, which is a ridiculous price for any tablet.
The upgraded version of the Kindle Fire is available for pre-order today and will ship September 14th.
